Can I order a sample before wholesale production?

Yes. Sample orders are recommended so you can check tuning, finish, packaging and market response before confirming bulk production.

Can you customize the scale and note layout?

Yes. We mainly show the D Kurd / D minor 10 note handpan with real photos, and we can also support requested scales and custom layouts from 9 notes up to 21 notes.

Do you support 432Hz and 440Hz tuning?

Yes. Both 432Hz and 440Hz tuning are available. Please tell us the target frequency before production.

Can you add our logo or custom packaging?

Yes. Logo plates, stickers, instruction cards, accessory bundles and branded cartons can be discussed for OEM / ODM orders.

Can I choose the finish color?
